So... seeing as I am the wife of a United States Marine... I'm going to be creating more art in relation to military themes. I guess I'm finally creating a genre for myself, and I wanted to let you all know that. I'm not saying that I'll be creating military propaganda, but I will show the truths I have experienced as a wife.

My message... is to never forget those who have died or served to protect your freedom. Don't forget the pain they and their families have suffered. The long nights waiting for a phone call because the news said something went wrong. The tears shed over lost loved ones. Sons inspired to follow or deny their fathers footsteps...
No matter what your political viewpoint may be, there is no denying that separation from ones family is the most depressing experience for a soldier or their family. Think if you had to watch your loved one board a plane, not knowing if you'll ever see them again.

That is fear...

All I want to say is that this will be my style/theme from now on. If you don't like it, leave. If not, Semper Fidelis... Always Faithful
